Train Model

In AryaXAI, generating synthetic data begins with training a 'Synthetic model.' This model generates initial data based on the uploaded training data. After assessing and approving the quality of this generated data, users can proceed to produce additional synthetic data.

To initiate model training, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the 'Synthetic AI' tab in the Main menu (on the left).
2. Switch to the 'Train Model' tab at the top.
3. Select your desired model and click 'Train' to commence the training process. You will be redirected to 'Data Configuration' for customization, where you can set the 'Initial Configuration' and 'Model Parameters.'

In the 'Data Configuration' section:

1. Under 'Initial Configuration,' choose the relevant data tag from the dropdown menu to create synthetic data. Exclude specific features if necessary and click 'Save initial configuration.'
2. Proceed to 'Model Parameters' and input details such as Batch size, Early stopping patience, Early stopping threshold, Epochs, Model type, Random state, and Tabular config.
3. Select the custom server: Choose a machine to run your remote environment on, and select 'Train Model'

Upon completing these steps, await the 'Model Training complete' notification.

Synthetic Model

Following model training, the 'Synthetic Models' tab displays the trained models along with their respective status. This comprehensive list provides key information such as the model's Name, creator, creation date, overall quality score, Column shapes, and Column pair trends.
