Introduction

At the highest level, we have Organizations, which contain Workspaces.

Within each workspace, you can create and manage Projects. All user access controls are maintained at the Organization, Workspace and Project levels.

You can also share invites with your team members at organization, workspace or project level.

Organization

When a user joins AryaXAI, they start with their personal organization by default. In this personal organization, users cannot add new users to the organization itself. However, they can invite others to collaborate within a specific workspace or project.

In a shared organization, you have the ability to add other users and share workspaces or projects. However, to add a user in a project or workspace, they must first have access to the organization containing the workspace or project.

You can create up to five organizations in AryaXAI, each capable of hosting multiple workspaces. Overall usage is tracked at the organization level based on your subscription plan.

To create a new organization or switch between existing ones, click the 'Switch Organization' option in the dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your profile. This will take you to the 'Switch Organization' page.

To create a new organization, click the 'Create New Organization' button on the right side of the 'All Organizations' list.

To switch to a different organization, simply select the desired organization from the list and click 'Confirm Change' to finalize the switch.
